• Free Shipping on orders over $149.99 qualifies for Free Shipping within the continental US.

Shipping and Handling

• We ship with USPS which is the United States Postal Service
  Our shipping rate is based on an average of our packaging and shipping cost per order.
  Priority Mail is the name they have given their shipping service, it does not mean it is 2-day shipping. We can not control how fast your package gets to you, but usually 2 to 3 days is average.

Processing Time

Orders placed Monday - Friday- We will try to ship within 24 hours and should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. We get an extraordinary amount of orders over the weekend. All orders placed on the weekend will will try to ship by Tuesday and will take 3-5 days to get to you. 

After you order, your account will always say processing order because we use PayPal to ship. 

Returns

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you have any questions about an item please contact us before you place your order. If you realize you have made a mistake after placing your order please contact us within 12 hours to make changes to your order. Once the order has been shipped the order is final. By placing an order with The Powder Room you acknowledge that you have been informed that all sales are final with the exception of damage during shipping.

All orders are inspected before they are shipped for accuracy. If your order has been damaged during shipping please contact the United States Postal Service to make a claim and notify us of that claim. You may be required to email us a photo of the damaged package and goods in order to receive replacement items.
