To better protect your privacy, The Powder Room provides this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. By registering or placing an order with us, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information under the terms of this policy.

Commitment To Privacy:

The information collected in order to process orders is strictly confidential and only shared with shippers, payment processors and/or selected partners as needed. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. The types of personal information collected are:

Security and Data Retention:

We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorized persons and against ulawful processing, accidental loss destruction and damage. We will retain your information for as long as the law requires us to do so.

Account Creation:

When you create an account with us you will get a WELCOME EMAIL with your user name and password. This welcome email is NOT part of email marketing. If you would like to receive occassional emails from us please make sure to click the NEWSLETTER box to get on the list. If you no longer want to have an account with us you will have to login and delete the account. Please do not email us and ask us to delete you account, we cannot oblige. While we wish we had the resourses to help you with this we do not.
