You agree to indemnify us fully, defend and hold us, and our employees and agents, harmless from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of any breach of the terms and conditions by you, our your use of this Website, or the use by any other person using your registration details.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not warrant that materials/items for sale on the Website are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. It is prohibited to access the Website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this Website from locations outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Manufacturers may discontinue a product at anytime and we may not be able to fill your order. Your order will be refunded in these cases. Manufacturers may change packaging and net weight of products, we are not responsible for changes made to items peviously listed on this Website. While we strive to keep the information up to date, we make no promise to update such material. 

Shipping

• Free Shipping on orders over $99 qualify for Free Priority Mail Shipping via USPS within the continental US.

Shipping and Handling

• We ship with USPS that is the United States Postal Service
  Our shipping rate is based on an average of our packaging and shipping cost per order.
  Priority Mail is the name they have given their shipping service, it does not mean it is 2-day shipping. We can not control how fast your package gets to you, but usually, 2 to 3 days is average.

Processing Time

Orders placed Monday - Friday- We will try to ship within 24 hours and should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. We get an extraordinary amount of orders over the weekend. All orders placed on the weekend will try to ship by Tuesday and will take 3-5 days to get to you. Shipping is taking longer than usual due to understaffed shipping agencies.

After you order, your account will always say processing order because we use PayPal to ship. 

Returns

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you have any questions about an item please contact us before you place your order. If you realize you have made a mistake after placing your order please contact us within 12 hours to make changes to your order. Once the order has been shipped the order is final. By placing an order with The Powder Room you acknowledge that you have been informed that all sales are final with the exception of damage during shipping.

All orders are inspected before they are shipped for accuracy. If your order has been damaged during shipping please contact the United States Postal Service to make a claim and notify us of that claim. You may be required to email us a photo of the damaged package and goods in order to receive replacement items.
